3. User responsibility for published content

Users remain solely responsible for any content they publish, submit, or share using content generated through the Service.
The Service acts solely as a content drafting assistant and does not publish content on behalf of users.
4. Acceptable use

Users agree not to generate, publish, or distribute misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, incentivised, or fabricated reviews.
5. No guarantee of results
DraftMyReview does not guarantee that generated content will improve ratings, rankings, visibility, customer engagement, or business performance.
6. Third-party platforms
Use of generated content on third-party platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
DraftMyReview shall not be liable for any damages, account restrictions, review removals, ranking impacts, penalties, or losses arising from the use of generated content.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
